By accessing or using The Clarity Collective’s website (https://myclaritycollective.com), booking a Clarity Session, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

The Clarity Collective offers strategic consulting, clarity sessions, training, workshops, and digital content (“Services”). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at our discretion.

By engaging with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information as reasonably requested.
   
• Participate actively in the consulting process.
   
• Respect the timelines, deliverables, and agreements established in writing.
   
• Not use our website or Services for unlawful purposes.
   

• Fees for services will be outlined in proposals, invoices, or booking platforms.
   
• Payment is due as agreed in writing (retainers, session fees, or contracts).
   
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
   
• All sales of digital content (e.g., e-books, templates) are final unless otherwise stated.
   

• Clarity Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full.
   
• Multi-session or project contracts may include separate cancellation terms as specified in your agreement.
   

• All content, frameworks, and materials provided by The Clarity Collective (including The Vox Protocol, training guides, and digital resources) remain our intellectual property.
   
• Clients may use materials internally for their business but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute without written consent.
   
• Client-provided content (data, documents) remains the property of the client.
   

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it except:

• As required by law.
   
• To subcontractors or partners bound by confidentiality.
   
• With your explicit written consent.
   

• Services are provided “as is.”
   
• While we commit to high standards, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
   
• The Clarity Collective disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Clarity Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the Services in question.
   

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Clarity Collective, its founders, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Summit County, Ohio.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful, unethical, or harmful conduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
